Runs very small

Bought 2 different tops from this website. Both small. The black & white checkered board ran very small. Other one ran slightly larger than expected but doable. Ask to exchange for medium and was told it would cost $15 to exchange to different size, and you CANNOT exchange for different shirt. NO RETURNS!Hope my 12 year old niece can wear it. Beware buying from here and be 100% sure of your size!
